Carol and I moved to the Costa Blanca in August 2002 and after letting the maƱana feeling sink in we decided to seriously consider our options. We wanted to do something that we knew we could do well but at the same time it had to be something that was in demand.

At first we considered others who were already providing Property Management Services and it was soon pretty obvious that we would be entering a very competitive area.

Three things convinced us to go ahead with the idea of developing our own property services business.

1. Although the competition was strong in numbers at least, there were plenty of properties to go around.

2. We started off looking after a few neighbours and friends places and soon started to pick up more customers purely from recommendations

3. With 25 years of housing experience behind us we hope that we not only provide a personal and professional service but also one that is easy to identify without complicated agreements that have so many extras and additional charges that nobody knows what they will be charged at the end of the year.

Carol and I only ask that you contact us and give us a chance to provide you with whatever service it is that your require. Whether it is just looking after your property between your holidays or taking the strain out of letting your property to try and recoup some of your investment.
